What are Blacklisted listings?
Blacklisted listings refer to property listings that have been automatically taken down by Property Finder due to inaction on the Listing Action Tracker. If a listing is flagged for issues such as availability, duplicate content, or incorrect information, agents are required to take action within the given timeframe. Failure to do so results in the listing being removed, which may impact your SuperAgent eligibility.
Why do listings get flagged?
Listings can be flagged for one of the three reasons:
- Price Realism – If the listing's price is detected to be unrealistic.
- Reported as unavailable – If a property seeker or another agent reports the property as unavailable and the report is verified.
- Duplicate Listings – If the same property is listed multiple times under the same or different agents.
If you do not take corrective actions or if your dispute is rejected a listing is removed by Property Finder.
How does blacklisted listings affect SuperAgent status?
To maintain your SuperAgent status, you must have less than three listings removed from the Listing Action Tracker in the last 30 days. If more than three listings are removed, your SuperAgent eligibility will be impacted in the next evaluation cycle.
How to avoid blacklisted listings?
- Act promptly on the Listing Action Tracker – Regularly check and resolve flagged listings before they are removed.
- Ensure listing accuracy – Keep your listings updated with correct pricing, availability, and high-quality images.
- Avoid duplicates – Do not list the same property multiple times to increase visibility.
- Monitor your dashboard and Listing Action Tracker – Use the Listing Action Tracker to track blacklisted listings and take corrective action.
